About this course
The course uses work-related topics to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing in French. Learners discuss work-life balance, working conditions, workplace conflict and environmental issues related to professional life, while exploring contemporary work culture in France, including start-ups and co-working spaces. Teaching centres on spoken interaction through pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Language work includes hypothetical sentences, contrast, adverbs, complex negative structures and the conditional form of “aimer” for expressing opinions and preferences.
