About this course
The course develops French for common situations during visits or short stays in French-speaking countries. Participants practise introducing themselves, discussing routines and interests, arranging meetings, making travel plans and responding to health-related problems. Lessons include short conversations, pronunciation work, grammar review, brief writing tasks and discussion of present, past and future events. Virtual visits to France and other French-speaking countries use French-language websites and cultural material. Learners receive tutor feedback, complete informal assessments and work towards an individual learning plan, with homework included as part of the course structure.
