About this course
The session combines a French-language film screening with a short cultural introduction and discussion. Participants are introduced to the film and its context before watching it in full, with English subtitles available. Afterwards, they can share impressions and consider the film’s key messages, including aspects of the director’s themes and motivations. The discussion may take place in French or English, and speaking or asking questions is not required.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for learners with at least an intermediate level of French listening. Participation is flexible: attendees may simply watch the film, while those who wish to contribute can do so in French or English during the discussion.
