About this course
The course uses French as the main classroom language and focuses on applying the language to everyday communication. Lessons combine spoken interaction with work on listening, reading and writing, using activities such as group tasks and role-play. Course themes include housing, lifestyles, urban living and community rules. Learners examine ways to compare options, express preferences, make assumptions, discuss obligations and permissions, and describe changes in living situations over time. Cultural aspects of daily life in French-speaking contexts are also explored.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for pre-intermediate French learners at approximately A2+. The provider recommends previous study at French Level 10 or a course totalling at least 120 class hours, so it is aimed at learners who have already studied French for some time. A placement test is available for those unsure of their level.
