Galette des Rois Special Workshop

About this course

Participants make an all-butter puff pastry and examine the key stages involved in laminating it. The workshop introduces different lamination techniques and gives learners the opportunity to work through the process under guidance. A fully laminated pastry is also provided for baking an almond-filled Galette des Rois, allowing participants to experience the stages involved in making this traditional dessert. The workshop concludes with a baked galette and a batch of handmade puff pastry to take home.
