About this course

Participants work through GCSE Maths homework with support from Mathswatch videos, worksheets, quizzes and exam-style questions. Microsoft Teams is used for interaction and collaboration, while self-assessment tools and progress reports help learners review their work and monitor development.

This course is intended for Morley College students enrolled on Stepping Up to GCSE Maths Foundation or Higher courses. It involves regular attendance and active participation in homework tasks, discussions and collaborative problem-solving rather than drop-in attendance.

• Learners are expected to attend each session through the end of term after enrolling
• Designed for students already studying GCSE Maths at Foundation or Higher level

Before you go

• Bring pens, pencils, an eraser, a sharpener and an exercise book or notebook.
• Bring a suitable calculator that complies with the relevant exam board regulations.
• A maths or geometry set, including instruments such as a compass or protractor, can be used for diagrams and measuring angles.
