About this course
The course develops German communication through discussion of culture, current affairs and everyday life. Learners work across speaking, listening, reading and writing, while revising and using more complex grammar in oral and written contexts. Teaching centres on spoken interaction, with pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Topics are varied, with some additional subjects agreed with the tutor. Learners may also work with texts, recordings and films to develop understanding of advanced language.

This course is intended for advanced German learners with substantial prior study.
