German Level 2 | Sundays

About this course

Lessons are taught primarily in German and combine spoken communication with group activities and role-plays. Participants practise asking for and giving directions, describing places and objects, discussing hobbies, seasons and food preferences, and communicating in shops and restaurants. The course develops listening, speaking, reading and writing alongside vocabulary for travel, time, food and shopping. Grammar includes indefinite and negative articles, sentence structure, the accusative case, formal imperatives and the modal verbs mögen and möchten. Cultural topics include German dining, shopping and family life.
