Glass art for all levels: develop your own project

About this course

The course introduces two- and three-dimensional glass art through cold-working methods including glass appliqué, leading and copper foiling, alongside kiln-formed processes such as casting, fusing, sagging and slumping. It also considers historical and contemporary cold-worked glass and safe production methods. Teaching combines individual and group demonstrations, one-to-one tuition, practical exercises, project development and group discussion. Learners can work on a personal project with tutor feedback, while set class projects are also available.
