Gnocchi Workshop

About this course

The workshop begins with a demonstration covering a traditional gnocchi recipe and a rich Pomodoro sauce. Participants then prepare their own dish with assistance from the chefs, applying techniques for making gnocchi from scratch, seasoning and balancing flavours. The completed gnocchi with Pomodoro sauce is eaten at the end of the class.
