About this course
Participants work together on a selection of Hong Kong dishes, choosing one recipe to focus on while moving around the kitchen and contributing to the wider meal. The menu may include dumplings, braised vegetables, curry fish balls, jasmine rice and mango pomelo sago, with vegetarian and vegan dishes available on the listed menu. The class uses a family-style format, combining guided preparation with opportunities to learn from the other recipes being made. The session concludes with participants, the chef, facilitator and volunteers eating the meal together.
