About this course
The session focuses on practical interview preparation, including understanding what to expect, making a strong first impression and relating personal abilities to a target role. Participants practise responses to competency-based questions and develop an elevator speech for answering “Tell me about yourself”. Teaching combines small- and larger-group discussions with individual reflection, writing exercises, peer review and facilitator feedback. Self-assessments at the beginning and end help participants consider their knowledge and skills during the session.
