About this course

The session examines how to organise accomplishments, experience and portfolio information so that relevant abilities are clear to employers. Participants practise writing a CV profile for a specific role and consider the key elements of preparing a job application, including how to introduce themselves effectively. Teaching combines discussions in small and larger groups with individual reflection, writing exercises, peer review and facilitator feedback. Participants complete self-assessments at the beginning and end of the session, with the workshop focused on applying the techniques to their own CV.
