HTML5 & CSS: intermediate (stage 2)

About this course

The course develops HTML5 and CSS skills through tutor demonstrations, supported coding tasks, questions and feedback. Participants work with semantic elements such as header, nav, section and footer, and explore nesting, the CSS box model and Flexbox for page layout. The course also covers embedding video, maps and audio with iFrames, using web fonts, creating simple forms with common input types and building a navigation bar from a list. Optional homework may be set.
