About this course
The course examines how AI products, services and experiences can be shaped around human needs and real-world contexts. Participants use qualitative research, journey mapping, problem framing and ideation to identify opportunities and define meaningful problems. Through practical exercises and case studies from areas including healthcare and complex systems, participants develop and test an AI-driven concept. The course also covers rapid prototyping, concept testing and assessing where AI adds value, balancing human needs, business goals and technical possibilities.
