About this course

The course develops improvisation beyond introductory techniques, with work on multi-scene formats, complex games and richer narratives. Learners explore character through emotion and intention, while refining their comedic style and performance presence. Teaching includes ensemble-based exercises that focus on physical and vocal awareness, collaboration and responding spontaneously on stage. The course concludes with a live improvisation showcase, allowing participants to apply the techniques and performance approaches explored during the course before an audience.
