Indian Cooking Class – Menu 3

About this course

The class begins with a demonstration covering Indian ingredients, spices and flavour balance before participants prepare recipes from scratch. Cooking activities include knife work, organising ingredients, making doughs and assembling dishes such as curry, naan, rice, kebabs, paneer and accompanying sides. Participants cook their selected menu and then eat the finished food. The session also addresses presentation and practical cooking techniques through demonstrations and guided preparation.
