Indian Cooking Class – Menu 4

About this course

The session begins with a demonstration before participants prepare four Indian dishes from scratch: masoor dal, kala chana curry, jeera rice and naan. Instruction covers knife skills, spice use, flavour balance, preparation, organisation and presentation, with guidance on techniques used in Indian cooking. After cooking, participants sit down to eat the food they have made. The class also includes an introduction to Indian cuisine, and recipe booklets are emailed afterwards.
