About this course
The class develops English through individual, pair and group activities covering listening, speaking, reading and writing. Learners use internet-based and other technology-supported tasks, practise study skills and prepare for exams. Writing work focuses on foundational accuracy, including the use of capital letters, full stops and correct spelling. The course also prepares learners for later speaking and listening assessment.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for learners who understand and speak some English, can read and write in their own language, and use the Roman alphabet. Participation includes individual work as well as pair and group activities. An assessment and discussion with a teacher take place before enrolment.
