About this course
The course develops English through practice in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with particular attention to writing for different purposes and tasks. Learners work independently and with others, use internet-based technology, and strengthen their study skills. Exam preparation forms part of the course, including work towards Level 1 Reading and Writing exams, subject to tutor advice.
