Iranian Cookery Class

About this course

Participants cook a selection of Iranian dishes in a family-style kitchen session. Each person chooses one dish to focus on, while moving between preparations to help with the wider menu and learn from the recipes being made. The listed dishes include Kashk e Bademjan, Fesenjan, Tachin, Burany Kadu and Nargesi, covering aubergine, chicken and walnut stew, rice cake, yoghurt with courgette and herbs, and a bread, spinach and egg snack. The session ends with a shared meal prepared by the group.
