About this course
The course develops Italian through discussion of newspaper extracts, literary texts and environmental or personal-relations topics. Learners also work with video clips and authentic audio, including dialogues at normal speed. Teaching focuses on communication through pair work, group activities, role plays and games, alongside work from Units 8 and 9 of Nuovo Espresso 3. Grammar revision covers past conditional and pluperfect subjunctive forms in if-clauses, as well as direct and reported speech. Learners are encouraged to complete homework to consolidate classroom work.
