Italian Cooking Class – Pasta

About this course

The class combines an entertaining demonstration with guided cooking, introducing techniques used in Italian cuisine. Participants prepare a pasta menu of tomato bruschetta, homemade tagliatelle carbonara, with a mushroom vegetarian variation available, and tiramisu. Activities include making the dishes from scratch, using knife skills, organising preparation, balancing flavours and presenting the finished food. The session also includes cooking tips and an introduction to Italian cooking methods, followed by eating the prepared dishes.
