The course focuses on spoken Italian for travel, covering greetings, accommodation, cafés and restaurants, directions, transport, shopping and unexpected situations such as delays or lost items. Learners also practise polite requests, everyday etiquette and service interactions. Teaching combines guided conversations, mini role-plays and realistic travel scenarios. Activities introduce high-frequency vocabulary, pronunciation practice and ways to rephrase, clarify or gain time when a word is missing, helping learners respond in common situations.
