About this course
This course develops Italian through spoken communication, with group activities and role-plays supported by systematic work on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Teaching is conducted in Italian to develop comprehension and listening skills. Topics include shopping, clothing, post-office situations, films, music, culture, public announcements and organising cultural activities. Learners also practise making suggestions, giving instructions and discussing mistakes, while working with structures including the imperative, combined pronouns, stare + gerundio, bisogna and da + infinito.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for pre-intermediate learners who have studied Italian for some time. Previous completion of Italian Level 11 or at least 132 class hours is required. Participation involves group work, role-plays and spoken communication, with teaching delivered in Italian.
