About this course
The course develops Italian for everyday situations through lessons taught primarily in Italian. Learners practise listening, speaking, reading and writing, with group activities and role-plays providing opportunities to use the language interactively. Topics include weather and seasons, holidays, travel information, tourist destinations and Italian cultural traditions. The course also introduces the passato prossimo, regular and irregular past participles, time expressions and the particle ci when referring to places.
