About this course
This continuation course develops Italian through topics including daily routines, food and clothes shopping, working hours, family, personal descriptions, preferences and holidays. Grammar work includes direct pronouns, adverbs of frequency, comparisons, noun agreement and gender, possessives, reflexive verbs and the passato prossimo. Teaching centres on spoken interaction and communication, with pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Homework is highly recommended to consolidate new vocabulary and grammar between classes.
