About this course
The course examines Italy’s broad wine landscape through an alphabetical selection of grape varieties, from Arneis in the north to Zibibbo in the south. Tastings cover sparkling, white, rosé and red wines, including examples from established and less familiar regions. Alongside the wines, the course introduces historic Italian winemaking traditions and techniques. Each session also considers suitable food pairings and highlights regions where good-value wines may be found.
