About this course
This unit provides a structured study of Northern Italy’s wines and wine regions. Participants taste at least six wines in each class while working through regional learning objectives and the course’s study materials. Teaching is supported by online modules, quizzes, learning games and pronunciation exercises. The unit concludes with a separate examination and forms the first part of the two-unit Italian Wine Scholar programme.
