Japanese Cooking Class

About this course

The class begins with a demonstration of the dishes and techniques before participants prepare the menu themselves. The session focuses on making Japanese dishes from scratch, including beef or smoked tofu yakitori, chicken or sweet potato katsu curry with rice, and purin pudding. Along the way, the teaching covers preparation and organisation, balancing flavours, cooking techniques and food presentation. Participants then sit down to eat the three-course meal they have prepared.
