About this course
Participants make a half-lap joint from scratch, working through accurate measuring and marking, straight sawing, and waste removal. They then use a sharp chisel to refine the joint and review the quality of their work, including what could be improved. The session uses practical instruction and active tool work rather than a theory-heavy introduction, with a maximum of eight participants allowing for instructor attention.
