Knife Skills Masterclass - Fish & Vegetables

About this course

The class develops core kitchen knife skills, including handling and caring for knives, filleting fish, chopping vegetables and preparing fruit. Participants use these techniques while making a menu featuring sea bass ceviche, baked plaice, prawn and vegetable pho, Asian slaw and tropical fruit salad. A chef leads the session, after which the group sits down to eat the food prepared during the class, accompanied by wine or soft refreshments. No meat is handled during the course.
