About this course
The class begins with a demonstration of the dishes and techniques, followed by guided preparation of a Korean menu. Participants make Korean fried chicken or its cauliflower alternative, beef bulgogi with rice or smoked tofu, carrot salad and twisted Korean doughnuts. Teaching covers flavour balance, preparation, organisation and presentation. Chefs remain available during the cooking session to answer questions and offer guidance, before participants eat the meal they have prepared.
