Korean Cuisine: Kimchi, Bibimbap & Mandu Cooking Class

About this course

Participants prepare three dishes that introduce characteristic Korean flavours and methods: kimchi made from scratch, bibimbap based on a flexible rice-and-toppings format, and mandu, or Korean-style dumplings. The class combines cooking with substantial chopping, using these dishes to examine how Korean ingredients and techniques work together. Knife skills are also addressed through the preparation involved.
