About this course

The course develops communication around symptoms, prohibitions, obligations and telephone conversations. Learners work with relevant vocabulary, including body parts, symptoms and telephone terms, alongside Korean grammar such as irregular verbs, prohibitive forms, obligation structures, question endings and the progressive form. Teaching is conducted in Korean to develop comprehension and listening. Lessons combine spoken activities and role-plays with structured work on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, and include sociocultural material on Korean home remedies for colds.

Is this course right for you?

This course is intended for learners who have already studied Korean Level 7 or completed a Korean course of at least 84 class hours. The Elementary (A2) label indicates an early stage of structured language learning beyond the absolute beginner level. Lessons involve spoken communication, group work and role-plays.
