About this course

The course examines how digital marketing and social media support e-commerce and organisational goals. Topics include project management for social media, digital graphics and animation, marketing metrics and analytics, social media marketing, and the digital marketing sales funnel. Teaching combines discussion, demonstrations, group work and practical exercises and projects, alongside directed study. The course also considers project management methodologies used in IT projects and the characteristics and applications of digital graphics and animation.
