The course introduces LinkedIn through demonstrations, practical activities and discussions. It covers different account types, the platform’s main features and tools, and ways to find relevant people and organisations. Participants examine how to build a network, join groups, and send or request recommendations. Help and support features are also covered, with individual guidance available during the class.
