About this course

Participants create or improve a LinkedIn profile for work, study or career development. The course covers presenting skills and experience, connecting with other professionals, searching for jobs and opportunities, and understanding how employers and recruiters use LinkedIn. Teaching combines demonstrations, guided activities and individual work on each participant’s profile. Practical tasks are completed during the course, with feedback provided as learners develop their profiles and explore LinkedIn’s main features.

Designed for adults aged 19 and over who are new to LinkedIn or want to improve an existing profile for employment, study or career development. No previous LinkedIn experience is required. Basic computer and internet skills are helpful, and participation involves working on an individual profile through guided activities.
