Lino print your own Christmas cards
A beginner lino-printing workshop covering design transfer, carving, inking and printing handmade Christmas cards.
About this course
Participants learn the main stages of lino printing and use the process to create festive card designs. The workshop covers transferring a design, carving the printing surface with specialist tools, applying ink and making prints in different colours. The finished prints are turned into handmade Christmas cards, with at least three original cards produced during the session.

Is this course right for you?
The workshop is explicitly intended for complete beginners, with no previous experience needed. Participants follow guidance through each stage of the process and work towards producing their own set of cards in a social evening setting.
- No previous lino-printing experience is required
Before you go
- The session uses an A6 lino block and specialist carving tools.
- Participants may bring their own drink.
