About this course
The course introduces Logic Pro through practical workshops, exercises, lectures, audiovisual presentations and discussion of listening assignments. Participants work on both individual and group projects while learning to create drum patterns, chords, melodies and bass lines with MIDI sequencing. Sessions cover recording through interfaces and microphones, arranging edited MIDI and audio, using software instruments and effects with preset sounds, applying the Drummer plugin, and carrying out basic audio editing and mixing.

This course is intended for beginners who are new to Logic Pro or developing foundational skills with the software. Basic computer skills, including file management, are essential. Practical workshops combine group and individual projects, with support available for learners who have limited experience using Apple computers.
