London photography walk: bridges in the city

About this course

Working on location around London, participants photograph bridges as architectural and heritage subjects, considering both design and historical context. Demonstrations and practical exercises cover camera settings, lens and accessory choices, depth of field, and the use of natural and artificial light, including how the direction and behaviour of sunlight affect images. The course also addresses the technical demands of architectural photography and photographic rights and responsibilities in public spaces. Participants develop a small portfolio of digital images during the course.
