About this course

Barre work introduces greater variety, with emphasis on control and fluidity, while centre practice includes simple travelling steps and changes of direction. Participants work on coordinating the arms and legs, moving in time with music and making smoother transitions between steps. The class is structured around manageable exercises within the one-hour format.
