About this course

The course develops spoken Mandarin through communication tasks covering ongoing and completed actions, telephone numbers, routines, travel and detailed descriptions. Vocabulary includes daily activities, everyday objects, clothing, transport and ways of expressing dates and times. Lessons combine group work and role-plays with systematic study of grammar and pronunciation.
