About this course
This course develops Mandarin for everyday situations across listening, speaking, reading and writing. Teaching is primarily conducted in Mandarin, with lessons centred on spoken communication and interactive activities rather than only written study. Learners work with others through group tasks and role-plays, using the language in a range of communicative situations. The course also provides access to lesson summaries, notes and additional study resources through an online platform.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for learners who are already studying Mandarin and are developing beyond elementary foundations. It requires previous study equivalent to Mandarin Level 5 or at least 60 class hours. Participation includes group work and role-plays, with lessons conducted mainly in Mandarin.
