About this course
The workshop introduces metal sculpture processes, including ways to cut and shape steel and join metal to metal or fabric. Participants work through group demonstrations, individual tutorials and practice, with technician support and attention to relevant health and safety procedures. The course also considers how steel can be formed into a three-dimensional artwork. Existing metal sculpture students may use the session to develop ongoing projects.
