Mexican Street Food Class – Tacos

About this course

The class introduces flavours, ingredients and preparation techniques used in Mexican street food. A chef demonstration is followed by guided cooking, with participants preparing dishes from taco or burrito menus that include accompaniments such as guacamole, pico de gallo and salad, plus a dessert. The session also covers flavour balance and kitchen organisation. Participants eat the dishes they prepare at the end of the class, while recipe booklets are emailed afterwards.

• Tortillas are not made during the class.
