About this course

This course extends introductory Excel skills through more advanced spreadsheet work. Participants will use functions and formulas, connect worksheets within a workbook, and create charts and graphs to analyse and interpret data. The course also covers techniques for checking, formatting, editing and printing spreadsheets, with an emphasis on producing clear, professional documents. Learning is supported by practical projects and an individual learning plan.

Is this course right for you?

The course is intended for learners who have an introductory understanding of Excel and are developing beyond basic spreadsheet work. Participants should be competent computer users, able to use a keyboard and mouse, create a spreadsheet and apply basic formulas. The provider also indicates numeracy at least at entry level 3.
