Middle Eastern Class

About this course

The class explores Middle Eastern meze, including pitta with hummus and tatbelah, falafel with tahini, tabouleh and mahlabi. A chef demonstration introduces the dishes before participants prepare them themselves, with guidance and questions welcomed during the cooking. The session covers preparation and organisation, flavour balance, presentation, and use of a Magimix food processor. Participants then eat the dishes they have made.

Listed as suitable for all levels, the class combines a chef-led demonstration with participants cooking their own dishes and asking questions during the preparation. It can be booked by individuals, pairs or groups.
