Mince Pie Workshop

About this course

Participants work with shortcrust pastry and a traditional mincemeat recipe to make six mince pies. The workshop also introduces a frangipane version of the classic bake, allowing learners to compare two sweet variations. Alongside these, they prepare six festive savoury vegetarian tartlets, applying the same pastry-based approach to a different filling and format.
