About this course
The session explores how mental states affect singing through breathing exercises, concentration and self-awareness activities, seated preparation exercises, relaxation and simple movement. Participants also practise singing and other vocal activities, then discuss the sensations they experience. Each participant prepares a song to sing to the class, applying techniques from the session. The course combines guided exercises, group discussion and practical singing.
